I’m wondering if many of us truly understand the correlation of our food intake and our health issues? I say this, because the things that we intake into our bodies do matter. The choices you’re making today does have an affect on your health later. I know many think well I’m still young or there’s nothing wrong and I’ve been eating this way, so I can eat whatever it is, I want now and then worry about my health later. Wrong! Depending on the lack caring we have for our health now that can bring on long-term health issues on later. Even for those individuals who are older and have that…”well we all gotta go anyway” mentality isn’t a healthy attitude to have. So, yes it’s a fact that all life must end at some point, but is that a reason to rush health issue? Well not properly taking care of one’s self is exactly how a lot of health issues are formed. Food matters…ingredients matters they truly do. So, trying your best to be and stay healthy now matters as well. If you follow me on IG then you know I stress this often.
I’m not saying not to live and enjoy some of your favorite food choices, but what I will suggest is to do things in moderation. Having everything all the time isn’t a good thing. Too much of a good thing can in turn be a bad thing. Everything in moderation. Allow your body to properly process what’s already been taken in and remember that our bodies get tired and need a break too. Think of your body as a power plant or machine that never closes or stops…it run twenty-four hours seven days a week and three hundred sixty five days a year. That’s a lot of work for your body which is like a machine. But, remember machines can begin to break down overtime without the proper maintenance, so be good to your machine and it’ll be good to you in return. I understand that getting individuals to re-think their diets could be a losing battle, so I’m not trying to battle with anyone at all. I am however trying to you get some to understand our diets are a direct key component that’s tied to our health. To be healthy we must think healthy. And with thinking healthy we have to remember that change will be a factor.
Yes I know that word “change” is very scary and it’s okay to fear the unknown, but never allow fear to stop your progression. Many associate change with having to give up something that’s enjoyable or having to give up that comfortable zone. I will admit change requires a lot discipline, but with the right amount of focus it too can be achieved successfully. Now, these are valid concerns to have, but thinking ahead and realizing why change is necessary should help to put that fear at ease. I just wanted to share a blog on direct health and to help bring those connections between food choices and health issues to the forefront. It’s never too late to start thinking about your health. This post was just a reminder of that. Hope this was hopefully and that you found it to be informative. Feel free to share this and you can also follow me on IG @healthytipsbytee for more helpful tips by me. Until next time….
