The Health Benefits of Herbal Teas

Water is always the best thing to drink, but when I want something a little different tea is my go to thirst quencher. Many herbal teas are naturally sweet tasting, so for me drinking them straight works very well. However adding raw honey to your tea will help boost the nutritional benefits, because raw honey is also healing and full of benefits too. Instead of going through listing all of my favorites and why you will see down below how they may benefit you and your health needs.

These are just a few herbal teas and their benefits. I also like Hibiscus and Bamboo tea…each for different reasons. Bamboo tea is good for hair growth. It’s rich in silica. It does have a bitter taste and you may want to add honey to it for a sweeter taste. Hibiscus tea I just enjoy it. When raw honey is added and then served chilled it’s a nice refreshing tea. So, this was just a simple post for those who may not want water all the time, but you don’t want soda and sugary drinks either…well tea could be your other go to drink! Until next time…
